Flats were unified into one and a loft and a double pitched roof rear ground floor extension was added to form a family home at this Belsize Park property. The house was fully refurbished to the clients’ taste.

The rear extension was designed to be cool in summer but to allow good amounts of light deeper into the building in winter. A garden office/studio was added as a fun ‘mini-me’ version of the extension.
